Institutional readiness self-check
Examine your institution across eight general quality-readiness areas. Score what you can verify today, not what you assume exists.
For ₹199 per participant, join a 50-minute practical workshop to test your institution’s evidence and identify priority gaps. Each of the first 30 participating institutions shall receive one Institutional Accreditation Readiness Scorecard, one individualised written report, and a 45-minute virtual feedback meeting with its Principal and IQAC Coordinator.
Registration is limited to participants representing a maximum of 30 institutions. Apply early to secure your institution's place. Don't just listen to another presentation on accreditation. Examine your institution, test your evidence and identify what needs to change.
Bring a notebook or laptop and, where possible, access to basic institutional information.
Use a preliminary self-check to examine what can be verified today, test the evidence behind institutional claims and identify a practical next step.
Examine your institution across eight general quality-readiness areas. Score what you can verify today, not what you assume exists.
Test whether an institutional claim is supported by evidence that is authentic, traceable and sufficient.
Notice weaknesses, missing records and places where implementation may be weaker than documentation suggests.
Select the three improvement areas that deserve the institution's attention first.
Identify one practical next step your institution can begin after the session.
No formal preparation is required. Access to institutional information or colleagues who know the processes will make the exercise more useful.
Useful for institutions preparing for accreditation and for teams strengthening quality systems at an earlier stage.
A working session designed around participant activity.
The scorecard captures reflections across quality domains, response levels, evidence availability and context. For the first 30 participating institutions, the report turns those responses into a structured readiness profile and improvement priorities.

Each participating institution’s report is designed to support reflection and discussion, with these sections:
A concise profile of the institution and its readiness themes.
An at-a-glance interpretation of the submitted responses.
Observations and discussion prompts across quality domains.
Patterns that connect the domain-level observations.
The evidence basis, confidence and limits of the review.
Improvement priorities to help the institution decide what to address first.
A discussion of the scorecard summary and institutional priorities with the Principal and IQAC Coordinator.
The review is preliminary and based on institutional self-declaration; it is not an independently verified assessment.
IIHPS will email the scorecard template to the registered institutional contact by 18 November 2026, 5:00 PM IST. Each institution must designate one representative to email one completed scorecard to registrar@iihps.com by 24 November 2026, 5:00 PM IST, with the subject line Institutional Accreditation Readiness Scorecard Submission. Include the institution name and the names and email addresses of its Principal and IQAC Coordinator in the message. IIHPS will email the individualised report by 1 December 2026. After sending the report, the registrar will contact the institution to arrange a 45-minute virtual Google Meet with its Principal and IQAC Coordinator between 2 and 15 December 2026.

An institution may have committees, policies, reports and activity records. Are those systems functioning effectively? Can the institution show implementation, outcomes and improvement through credible evidence?
This workshop helps leaders ask useful questions before investing more time and resources in accreditation preparation.
